At the Chicago Bulls Shop, we want every fan to be satisfied with their gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
